To schedule a consultation or service appointment, please email at ldhr60@gmail.com with your name, preferred date and time, and the service you are interested in. A member of our team will respond within 24-48 business hours to confirm availability.

• Individual & Group Classes are provided.
• How much time will it take? Class time is 1.5 – 3 hours based on level of knowledge & the number of people in class.
• Are you mobile? YES! We are mobile. We can come to you! Just let us know!
• Will you receive a certification? There is a difference between certifications and certificates. Based on your consultation to asses your specific needs and requirements will this be decided.
